St. Alcuin Montessori School

Description:
St. Alcuin is a high-end LEED accredited educational facility and state-of-the-art school designed with education in mind while located in the heart of Dallas, Texas. This multi-phased project consisted of new ground –up construction and renovations. The new Middle School (55,000 sf building) includes a: library, multiple classrooms, science labs, a cooking center and second floor terrace. The new Community Building comprises of a basement gymnasium, locker rooms, community room and library. New soccer fields were also built. In addition, Ridgemont completed numerous renovations in four existing buildings and surrounding parking lots.

Ferrari of Dallas Dealership
Location: Plano, Texas
Description:
Ferrari of Dallas was in desire need of a new dealership facility. They approached Ridgemont due to our long-term history of constructing auto dealerships, to provide design/build services, teamed with Gensler Architects and Hoover Project Management. The new 52,000 sf building sits on about 3.5 acres to include: a 10,000 sf showroom, 22,000 sf climate controlled service center and 20,000 sf second-floor mezzanine, comprising of various offices and a climate controlled vehicle storage area. The facility was delivered several weeks ahead of schedule, as well as a significant cost savings was provided to the Owner. -
Texas Orthopedic Specialists
Location: Bedford, Texas
Description:
Texas Orthopedic Specialists provides physical therapy and an injury clinic in North Texas. This 26,200 sf, two-story high building was a design-build project teamed with Ascension Architects. The Design-build consisted of new ground up construction for: twenty-two exam rooms, a MRI facility, two x-ray rooms, physical therapy rooms and administrative support areas. The exterior façade is clad with honed Brazilian limestone, plaster and synthetic stone veneers. A unique custom exterior feature is the drive-thru port-a-cache and a meditation garden, with a rough sawn cedar arbor. -
Granite Point Industrial Park
Location: Denton, Texas
Description:
This industrial development consisted of two industrial/office buildings, located on 49 acres in Denton, Texas. The scope of the project included massive excavation, landscaping and installing underground utilities for the overall master planned development, providing access for TXDOT road construction. The two buildings were constructed over moisture conditioned/chemical injected building pads. The exterior was concrete tilt-wall construction and conventional joist roof structure design. Additional features included single ply roof system, dock high overhead doors, and ESFR sprinkler system. -
Shops at Southlake
Location: Southlake, Texas
Description:
Located in the heart of Southlake, Texas this 32 acre master planned development encompasses 182,500 sf of high-end retail buildings with Central Market as the anchor tenant. The development includes features such as outdoor fireplaces, custom made water fountains, stone detention ponds, 18’ tall masonry screening walls, detailed masonry pavers at sidewalk areas, outdoor café, playground and community park. Ridgemont also completed finish outs for Pier 1 Imports, DSW Shoes, Kirkland's and Nordstorm Rack. -
James Avenue Service Center
Location: Fort Worth, Texas
Description:
Located just south of downtown Fort Worth Texas, this 200,000 sf facility sits on 26 acres and offers state-of-the-art equipment services. We undertook the construction of many special features to include: (3) five-ton cranes built into the structure, a vehicle exhaust aiding workers to operate in a safe environment and incorporating high-end technology. The service center includes: a fuel facility for all city vehicles, car wash bays, vehicle maintenance bays and shop areas for MEP needs for the City’s buildings. Ridgemont completed construction two months ahead of schedule, in spite of the complexity of the project while coordinating over twenty equipment vendors.

Cambridge Headquarters
Location: Dallas, Texas
Description:
Cambridge Headquarters occupied the top two floors of the Comerica Bank Tower. This project included a complete demo and remodel of the break room to serve not only as an employee break room, but also as a modern and multi-functional gathering space for entertaining clients. The conference and board rooms were updated with new finishes to include custom cabinetry and paneling. Additionally both floors were updated with new lobbies, floors and wall finishes. Close coordination with the entire team made this high-end Class A office space remodel a success and ahead of schedule.
