Ridgemont's Safety Program

At Ridgemont safety on all projects are a top priority and our success depends on it. Our safety program is based on consistent education, practical solutions and continuously being evaluated so it is effective.

Commitment

From leadership to the field personnel, Ridgemont is committed to providing a healthy and safe work environment for all its team members. We place the individual's health and well-being among our highest priorities. Our goal is to always eliminate work related accidents and illnesses by making "Safety First" through our safety program so that safety becomes instinctive. This responsibility is fully explained to every new team member and reinforced through weekly jobsite and mandatory monthly company-wide safety meetings. We recognize and reward the excellence of outstanding team members through our Star Safety Award program.

Training

Safety training at Ridgemont is always an ongoing process. Each new team member is thoroughly trained in our safety policies and given a copy of our comprehensive safety manual. Every team member is required to participate in monthly company-wide safety meetings and continuing education classes. We strongly encourage each team member to participate in the numerous safety programs, such as CPR, first aid and O.S.H.A classes, available through our active participation in TEXO (AGC/ABC).

Awareness

Through constant training and reinforcement of Ridgemont's safety program, each team member becomes cognizant of placing "Safety First" on every project. Our outstanding safety record results in an experience modifier rating that exceeds industry standards.

Ridgemont's Quality Program

Quality projects are critical to our success and begin with a thorough understanding of the client's objectives, plans and specifications. Our project managers and superintendents are dedicated to ensuring that we have constructed and performed at our best. We are aligned with subcontractors that stand behind our commitment to only delivering quality work.

We continuously emphasize the need for quality workmanship in our daily discussions and subcontractor meetings. Our quality assurance checklist is a key tool we use for monitoring quality throughout the duration of a project.

Our attention to detail continually ensures that the finished project exceeds our customer's expectations. Ridgemont is committed to providing quality, in everything we do.
